AdmireandAspire was born from my own journey.

While navigating a complicated twin pregnancy and a challenging postpartum period far from family in Ireland, I experienced firsthand how overwhelming life's biggest transitions can be. During that time, I learned the importance of having the right support system, a space to feel heard, understood, and reassured that you're not alone.

Many of the experiences that Admire & Aspire seeks to support are ones I have navigated myself. I've built a career across different organizations, relocated to a new country, adapted to life far from family, navigated a challenging twin pregnancy and postpartum journey, experienced profound personal loss during one of the most vulnerable periods of my life, returned to work after a career break, and rebuilt my confidence through seasons of uncertainty and change.

As an HR professional with over a decade of experience, I've spent my career supporting people through change, growth, and transition. But it was my personal experiences that truly showed me how powerful empathy, connection, and community can be when life feels overwhelming.

That's why I created AdmireandAspire.

My vision is to build a warm, supportive, and judgment-free community where women can connect, share their experiences, and find encouragement through every stage of life.
